Every Child Can Learn
The Suzuki Method was developed by Dr. Shinichi Suzuki in Japan and is based on the belief that every child can develop musical ability in the right environment.
Just as children learn to speak their mother tongue through listening, repetition, encouragement and the support of their family, they can also learn music in a natural and joyful way.
Learning Through Encouragement
At the heart of the Suzuki Method is the belief that children learn best when they feel encouraged, supported and successful. Lessons focus not only on musical development but also on building confidence, concentration, perseverance and the joy of making music.
Parents as Partners
A parent or another adult attends every lesson and plays an active role in the child’s learning. This is an essential part of Suzuki teaching, especially during the child’s early years. As the child becomes more independent, the parent’s role gradually changes.
You don’t need to be able to play the guitar yourself – I will show you how to create good practice routines at home and how to support your child in a positive and encouraging way.
Learning Together
Group lessons, concerts and workshops are an important part of the Suzuki Method. Children learn from one another, gain motivation and build friendships through shared musical experiences.
Because Suzuki students around the world learn the same international repertoire, they can also participate in workshops and events across countries and connect through music.

The goal of the Suzuki Method is not only to develop musical ability, but also to nurture confidence, perseverance, sensitivity and a lifelong love of learning.
